Our Mental Health Support Services
At AWARE NI, we understand the importance of speaking with people who understand what you're going through. So we offer a range of mental health support services for anyone affected by depression, anxiety, bipolar, or low mood - and for friends, family members, and carers.
Whether you'd prefer to meet in person, connect online, or reach out by email, we’re here to help.
Local Support Groups
Come along to a mental health support group and meet others going through similar experiences as you. Peer support works best if you prefer to meet others face-to-face.
Online Support Groups
Join an online mental health support group facilitated by one of our trained support services team. This option is great if you'd prefer to join from the comfort of your own home.
Support Email Service
Our support services team are on hand to provide mental health information and signposting for you or someone you care about. This is good if you want information or aren’t ready to talk just yet.
